St George Illawarra captain Lance Thompson will play against South Sydney with a fractured cheekbone at WIN Stadium on Saturday night, despite fears the Rabbitohs will target him.
Thompson says he has no doubt Souths will attempt to unsettle him after he suffered the injury early in last Friday night's National Rugby League thriller against Newcastle.
But Rabbitohs prop Andrew Hart has denied his players will pay special attention to Thompson, who was the victim of several high shots from Knights players in the 32-30 loss at EnergyAustralia Stadium.
