The Cronulla Sharks knocked off the top of the table Bulldogs last weekend, and will be looking to claim their second major scalp in as many weeks when they take on the Windsor Wolves at Henson Park this Saturday. The Sharks still have some hope of making the eight however they do need a lot to go their way, however regardless of what else happens, a win here is a must. The Wolves will be out for a big game also as they eye off a top two finish and some good form as they head into the 2012 Finals Series. Cronulla have named a strong line up once again here and will be hoping that the likes of Nathan Gardner, who is returning from injury and Chad Townsend can help lead them to a victory. The Wolves will also field a more than capable side but they will be without Matt Mundine who is suspended for the next two games, and his place in the halves will be taken by Dean Parata.
Talking Point: The name game - Occasionally in the VB NSW Cup you get a weekend when one of its competing sides is just totally stacked with talent. You cast your eyes down the team list and familiar names that you have seen playing NRL plenty of times before, just jump out at you. Well that is the case this round with Cronulla. Gordon, Gardner, Nielsen, Duffie, Blair and Townsend are named here
