Injury-hit Warrington trailed only 12-10 until just before the break but the Rhinos ran out comfortable winners, romping over for nine tries, eight converted by skipper Kevin Sinfield.
Warrington welcomed back Ben Westwood from a two-match suspension but were missing Paul Johnson, Michael Sullivan, Chris Bridge, Chris Leikvoll, Adrian Morley, Rob Parker, Paul Wood and their inspirational captain Lee Briers.
But Warrington's enthusiasm earned them the opening try after 16 minutes when Jon Clarke and Martin Gleeson combined for Westwood to mark his return to go over and then land the touchline conversion for good measure.
Leeds, after their slow start, began to make inroads into the Wolves defence and drew level after half an hour with Sinfield's pass enabling Gareth Ellis to brush off Stuart Reardon.
Danny McGuire was then surprisingly caught by Henry Fa'afili before the pressure told with Toopi, who had replaced Matt Diskin, firing his side ahead in the 35th minute.
Toopi collected McGuire's smart pass with Sinfield booting the goal but Warrington's effort was rewarded with a Brent Grose try just before the break.
Substitute Riley's burst set up the platform for Vinnie Anderson's cross-field kick to be tapped back by Richie Barnett for Grose to score.
But Leeds still managed to lead 18-10 at the break with Senior shrugging off Paul Rauhihi and McGuire scooting clear to send Scott Donald over.
The first half effort clearly took its toll on Warrington who were ripped apart after the break.
Senior swept through Reardon's tackle almost straight from the restart for his landmark try with Sinfield booting the conversion.
Rob Burrow and Jamie Thackray added further touchdowns to stretch the lead to 36-10 after 54 minutes.
Brent Webb and McGuire piled on the agony for Warrington who then had a Grose try disallowed for a forward pass by Barnett.
Leeds refused to take their foot off the pedal with Jamie Thackray's break allowing Burrow to race onto McGuire's kick for his second try to make it 52-10 five minutes from time.
