1.

Last week: 3rd

After a shaky win over Canterbury, the Dragons came back with a blast to down the Eagles emphatically at WIN Stadium on Thursday, looking much more like the world-beaters of the opening 10 weeks of the season.

2.

Last week: 1st.

Would be concerned with their first half showing against the Eels but they certainly showed a clean pair of heels after halftime. Their form after rep round will depend greatly on how the Burgess brothers return from Denver.

3.

Last week: 4th

A great win over a tenacious Newcastle after losing Billy Slater before the game yet again. Primed for a big clash on Friday week with the Roosters in Adelaide.

4.

Last week: 2nd

A bizarre and disappointing loss to the Roosters. The rep round week off probably comes at a good time for the mountain men. A good chance to return to form in Round 16 against Manly.

5.

Last week: 7th

Thumping win over the Panthers and has people sitting up and taking notice - particularly after overcoming some mid-game injuries to key players. Big, big test against Melbourne after Rep Round.

6.

Last week: 6th

Did enough to get the result against the Cowboys but will need to do better in their next three to cement a top eight spot - Cronulla, Penrith and Brisbane await.

7.

Last week: 8th

A solid, confident win on the road against Cronulla - bounced back well after being embarrassed by the Storm six days earlier. Locked deep in that battle for the bottom half of the eight.

8.

Last week: 5th

After a six-game streak the Sharks appear to have crashed and burned. It's by no means too late to turn it around but if they don't start picking up wins post-rep round, they'll be no chance of a top four berth that seemed likely just a fortnight ago.

9.

Last week: 11th

Josh Hodgson returns and these guys look every bit the contender we thought they'd be at the start of the season. If anyone outside the eight is making a run at the finals this season it's these guys - if Hodgson stays fit.

10.

Last week: 13th

Another bottom-eight team who turned on a positive performance at the weekend and they get a jump as a result. A win over the Tigers next week would see them a smokey chance for the eight as we turn for home.

11.

Last week: 10th

Admirable but frustrating loss to the Storm on the weekend and their hopes are fading fast. Could get a boost if they can down an out-of-sorts Bulldogs after rep round.

12.

Last week: 9th

Awful, awful second half. Question begs whether Moses Mbye's return is enough to fix the problems at the Tigers.

13.

Last week: 12th

Fell apart completely for the first time in weeks on Saturday - worse still at home and on the day they farewelled Moses Mbye. How they regroup will be of massive interest after the rep weekend.

14.

Last week: 14th

Challenged the Warriors - but their season is now gone. Paul Green will be counting his lucky stars he's already signed a contract extension...

15.

Last week: 15th

A bit of crisis unfolding here with the Watmough-DCE spat dominating headlines last week and then a shellacking from the Dragons. A daunting trip to Penrith awaits in a fortnight.

16.

Last week: 16th

Started well against the Rabbitohs but fell in a heap once their opponents lifted a gear. If Canterbury and Manly continue to struggle, however, this mob could avoid the spoon.
