Flanno pushes the final kick wide.
After a few poor moments early in the game, Gray finishes with a try after a beauty of a cut-out pass by Kyle Flanagan.
A very sloppy end to the contest really, both sides now with drop ball and lazy defending as the clock winds down and the result beyond doubt.
Moses deals with the conversion quickly and the Eels think there's a chance (Narrator: "there was not")
Jennings goes in off a superb break and some shirt-grabbing Sharks. This isn't a good look for an otherwise dominant Cronulla side.
Moses makes it 38-16.
Hoffman grabs the Eels' third try as the visitors look for consolation points and to stem the flow on points differential.
Parramatta with a bit of a run on here and they could cross again if they find the right gap in the Cronulla line.
Moses becomes the first player to miss a kick at goal today, pushing it wide.
Sivo takes advantage of the numbers on the left edge and the Eels manage to crack double figures.
Hamlin-Uele nearly over... but Jack Williams got in the way trying to help him score, and it's a penalty to Parramatta.
Cronulla go up the guts and Graham & Moylan look to be setting up a try but Moylan's last flick pass is knocked down by Ferguson. The Sharks will get another dig here.
Flanno nails another. 7/7.
I don't even know what happened there, Xerri broke through then a pass went loose... and somehow Xerri is the one to pick it up and jumps through several hoops to crash over the line.
Converts his own try and it's a bit of a rout now.
Don't worry, they get the try anyway! Junior Paulo loses it, Braden Hamlin-Uele scoops it up and after a short burst finds Flanno outside him and the Sharks go further ahead.
Williams goes over after a cheeky offload by Braden Hamlin-Uele... but the rookie has spilled it trying to ground the ball!
The Sharks go left again and Wade Graham is already having a blinder, but this time he finds Xerri outside and the pass from him onto Feki finds touch just as it looked like the latter would streak away and score.
Aaron Gray goes left and Xerri and Dugan are left adrift of his pass as it flies between them into touch. Parramatta will have a chance in Cronulla territory here.
That pre-halftime try really looks like it's taken the air out of the Eels and so far since halftime it's been all Cronulla. The injection of Wade Graham in particular has been a boon for the home side.
Flanno nails it. Lead is twenty... not good for the Eels.
Townsend with the Sharks' first of the second half!
Second half underway!
Flanno with another and the lead is big at halftime, as Parramatta fans blow up about the try having been awarded after the 'six again' call was found to have been a wrong one.
Dugan's gone over after a late flurry from Cronulla! They go right after getting a repeat set and the numbers have it.
Parramatta's end to the set is woeful with the last tackle kick from Smith going dead. Sharks 20m restart.
No dice for the Sharks and now Parramatta roll up field and get fairly close to scoring before a double knock on - Moses had kicked it, Braden Hamlin-Uele spills it and the Eels knock it on too. The visitors will get another set here.
Sharks penalty 15m out... they take the tap and go for broke.
Blake Ferguson loses it from a big Wade Graham hit. Cronulla with a chance to hit back here.
After nearly 9 months off the field, the Sharks faithful welcome back Wade Graham as he is interchanged on.
The momentum well and truly with the away side right now. Parramatta get a penalty after Kyle Flanagan was caught rushing up early. Full set within the Sharks' 20m coming up for the Eels.
From out wide, Moses has nailed it off the upright!
Sivo gets it down after a well placed grubber... JUST inside the in-goal area. Eels on the board!
Checking a possible try to the Eels from Maika Sivo. Checking dead ball line & grounding...
Fifita goes from hero to villain with a forced error and Parramatta fnally have a genuine chance.
Flanagan makes no mistake from out wide.
FIFITA! Crashes his way over on the left edge. After a brief Bunker review of Andrew Fifita taking possession from a pass, he's cleared to have taken it cleanly and grounded it. Sharks in again!
Moylan pushes a grubber through the Eels line and it hits the post - Will Smith by chance takes it around his legs and is set upon by the Sharks' chasers. Drop-out Parra.
Recently re-signed Mitch Moses not having a great night so far. An error just as Parra started to look dangerous and Cronulla are back with it.
Townsend looked to have stolen an improbable try after a grubber through the line by Flanagan but he bobbled it! No try. Eels 20m restart.
Cronulla on the attack again. Parramatta on the ropes.
Confirmation from the Eels that Clint Gutherson will not return, having failed his HIA.
UPDATE | Clint Gutherson will not return to the action after failing his HIA.

Flanagan converts the penalty with ease and the hosts lead by eight.
Penalty for Cronulla with Tepai Moeroa on report, he's taken out the legs of the kicker and Cronulla have a handy penalty just short of the Eels' 10m. Looks like they'll go for two.
Cronulla shift right late in the set but Aaron Gray goes too close to the sideline and is shown over it for his troubles. Eels scrum on their own 20m.
Cronulla threaten once more but some undue pressure on Blake Ferguson is detected by the referees from an attempted kick catch and it's a penalty to the Eels.
Young Flanno guides this one over from just about in front.
Xerri finds a neat little gap in the Parramatta line and it's the Sharks who score first!
Time off at the end of that Sharks' set - Josh Dugan nearly crosses off a Townsend grubber, but his head clashes with Clint Gutherson. 'King Gutho' is very clearly concussed and goes off for a HIA he almost certainly won't pass. Gower comes on and that will force a reshuffle.
PENALTY SHARKS - Gallen looks to have lost it but Manu Ma'u raked it out. Sharks with some good field position early.
In case you missed the lead-up, both side have a single change on the bench each - both welcoming back players from injury. Wade Graham is on Cronulla's bench while Parramatta get Nathan Brown back.
We're underway and the home side Cronulla have first use of the footy.
