FULL TIME - Michael Chee-Kam is the match-winner once again as the Tigers hold out the Rabbitohs 14-9 in a scrappy affair at Bankwest Stadium.

The Bunnies did not threaten at all in that set and hand it straight back to the Tigers on the last.

Robbie Farah finds touch 15 out from the Rabbitohs line.

Tigers have it back off the short restart.

Adam Reynolds with a nice kick and the chase is strong but they can't wrap Corey Thompson in straight away. He breaks a couple of tackles before being taken on his own 20.

They don't even need to force one. Jacob Liddle drops it trying to feed the scrum.

A pretty clunky set-up to the end of that set from Souths but Adam Reynolds does well to rush a kick and find touch 15 out from the Tigers line. The key now will be to try force an error and then set up for a field goal.

Damien Cook runs up towards the line and grubbers ahead but it goes dead as well.

Corey Thompson back on the last to field the kick from Souths and again neither side able to land the killer blow. Tigers outside backs helping their big men out with solid carries but they are only at their 40 on the last. Jacob Liddle! He sneaks through the middle and paces his way over halfway, offloads for Luke Brooks who kicks ahead but it goes dead.

Moses Mbye offloads for Corey Thompson who puts it down. Souths with it back.

30 out on the last. Benji Marshall puts up a bomb but this one is spiralling around and dips late, Campbell Graham puts it down in his own in-goal area.

Benji Marshall to the air on the last, it dips on Corey Allan but he does well to take it. Over halfway and Adam Reynolds bombs for David Nofoaluma who is also safe. Neither side able to crack the other yet.

Souths not going anywhere on this set and the ball is eventually flicked over the touchline. The Tigers survive.

John Sutton grubber through on the last, the Tigers play at it and Cody Walker dives on it but then drops it backwards and Benji Marshall has it. A poor play-the-ball though hands it straight back to Souths.

Oliver Clark drops it off the first-hit up of the restart and the Rabbitohs have it back.

Luke Brooks with another nice grubber - his short kicking game has been excellent tonight - Benji Marshall is there late but can't ground it and takes it dead. Souths seven-tackle set and they again will have a good chance to score close to Souths' line.

Cody Walker kicks through on the last, it ricochets off Luke Brooks feet and Mark Nicholls may have grounded it but it matters little as he was offside.

Luke Brooks rushes a kick on the last - it sits up for Campbell Graham who has it on his own 40. Once again Souths are into the Tigers half on the second play. They are winning the field position battle early.

Benji Marshall kicks early, perhaps going for a 40-20, it has the legs but not the shape and Souths have it back. Their outside backs are doing well to bring them up into the Tigers half. 30 out on the last. Adam Reynolds to the air - Robert Jennings stands his ground and takes it under pressure.

Damien Cook with a crash ball to Tevita Tatola but he passes it to him with Tigers players right up in his face and he drops it.

Souths run it on the last. Cody Walker cuts it out to Corey Allan, he pops a late pass for Campbell Graham but it was forward.

Jacob Liddle with a clever kick right up at the line that pokes through and sits up for Ryan Matterson but he bounces it. No try. Seven-tackle set Souths.

Six more close to the line for Wests who have a big chance to push ahead.

Ball knocked out by Souths you'd think but no six-again call. Regardless the Tigers get the advantage soon after as Ryan Matterson picks up a penalty for a crusher tackle.

Braidon Burns dances across field and looks to link with his outside men but the pass, if you call it that, goes to ground and Luke Brooks has it for the Tigers.

HALF TIME - A late try to the Tigers sees both sides head into the sheds locked at eight points.

Benji Marshall with a towering bomb. No-one wants it. The Tigers have it back and David Nofoaluma goes over in the corner but it's called back immediately for an offside.

The Tigers earn a much-needed penalty that helps them out of their own end.

Souths try a trick play off the scrum. They go to the left and Braidon Burns is the block runner. Adam Reynolds to Cody Walker instead who slices down the touchline and links with Campbell Graham - he has a shot here but drops the ball.

Adam Reynolds with another awkward bomb but Robert Jennings has it and throws it straight to fullback Corey Thompson. Tigers deep inside their own half to start this set and Elijah Taylor comes up with an error under massive pressure. Was looking to charge up with venom but couldn't hang onto it.

Luke Brooks goes to the air on the last but Corey Allan is safe under it once more. Rabbitohs working it out from inside their own 30.

Adam Reynolds kicks off the scrum looking for a 40-20 and also seeing if his chasers can get there first but the Tigers have it through David Nofoaluma on their own 20.

Robbie Farah to Thomas Mikaele for a simple hit-up but he drops the ball on the South Sydney 40. Pretty meek ending to that set. They won't want to concede another try here before the break.

Adam Reynolds with a tough bomb on the last but fortunately for the Tigers it is too deep and Corey Thompson takes it in-goal. Seven-tackle set.

Luke Brooks grubbers ahead on the last, Adam Reynolds traps it with his feet and dives on it before earning a penalty. Some promising signs from the Tigers in that set but the Rabbitohs just looking far stronger in defence and not letting up.

And now the Tigers nab a relieving penalty... how momentum was swung so quickly.

The decision is in fact overturned with the officials ruling it was taken dead by Souths.

Corey Allan with a lovely grubber on the last and he'll force a dropout as the Rabbitohs heap some pressure on the Tigers. Robbie Farah down with a potential shoulder injury.

Thomas Mikaele with a surging run that brings the Tigers into the South Sydney half. Benji Marshall then kicks it high for Corey Allan who fields it on the 20 for Souths.

Rabbitohs 40 out on the last. Cody Walker goes to the air for Corey Thompson. The chase isn't really there and he fields it without any real pressure.

They'll lock things up.

Ethan Lowe with a great carry, picking up 15 metres. The clearing kick on the last from Adam Reynolds is a great one and David Nofoaluma is met in-goal by determined Rabbitohs chasers.

Michael Chee-Kam surges through the middle and looks for the late offload but no-one is giving him a solid option and it comes free instead. Souths survive.

Luke Brooks kicks through - very clever kick and Benji Marshall is onto it - but Souths take it dead. Dropout to come.

Robbie Farah short to Moses Mbye who slices through and looks over but James Roberts comes in late to save the try. Concerns for a concussion here for Mbye, he'll come off.

Souths look to shift it early to their lethal left edge but instead Campbell Graham is taken into touch. Tigers earn a full set 20 out from their own line.

40 out on the last. Luke Brooks goes high and Dane Gagai is under it. Souths start the new set on their own 10.

Adam Reynolds looks to thread the needle and kick through to force the dropout but Luke Brooks reads it well and kicks it ahead briefly before re-collecting the ball and the Tigers survive.

A string of passes and Cody Walker is over the line but just held up by some scrambling Tigers on the third.

Penalty Rabbitohs and they are 30 out.

Braidon Burns with a break in his comeback game and Souths are 30 out as Cody Walker kicks ahead for Campbell Graham but Corey Thompson is back there to cover for the Tigers. They work it out from their own end and a strong run from Robbie Farah helps them towards their 40. Benji Marshall clears it and Graham takes it up towards the 40.

Just shy of halfway on the last. Benji Marshall puts it into the air and Campbell Graham is under it. Dane Gagai then takes it up before Ethan Lowe hits it up towards the 40. George Burgess then charges up to the sounds of boos.

Wests will shoot for two this time around.

Another penalty to the Tigers as Robbie Farah takes on the line and almost sneaks over under the posts. George Burgess put on report for possible eye gouging.

Ethan Lowe holds on too long and concedes a penalty. Tigers tap. 10 out again and they reset.

Another error from the Bunnies and the Tigers have it 10 out.

Wests run it on the last towards Robert Jennings' wing and almost find something. Brooks almost gets on the outside of Adam Reynolds and looks to pop a late pass for Jennings but it trickles into touch.

Not as impressive a set though. They aren't rolling upfield as easily. The Bunnies go left and may find space but Ethan Lowe puts it down and the Tigers have it on halfway.

Tigers struggling to get out of their own end. Inside their own 30 on the last. Luke Brooks again called on to get them out of harm's way. He kicks it down to Corey Allan once more and again the Rabbitohs start a set on their own 40.

Souths with good signs early as Ethan Lowe crashes over halfway on the second. 30 out on the last. Adam Reynolds goes to the air and Corey Thompson takes it under pressure in the corner.

Luke Brooks clears it on the last from inside his own 40 for Corey Allan who fields it in the absence of Alex Johnston.

Souths will be looking to snap a three-game losing streak while the Tigers sit just one win outside the top eight. An important game for both sides.

Meanwhile, Corey Allan fills in at fullback for Alex Johnston.

The Tigers have one change - Oliver Clark a late in for Josh Aloiai.
