That was just too easy for the English side right there. The English side took advantage of Jake Kambos being hurt down field and it was a great short ball from Marc Sneyd and it was Matty Lees who crosses for the first try of the contest.
Great first set for England going coast to coast. But the grubber was well picked up by Nick Mougios. Unfortunately, they fail to make it out of their own end as Nicholas Flocas is met in goal.

On the team front, for England, Makinson is the new fullback, Welsby goes to centre. Burgess and Hill go back to the bench with Ackers and Cooper getting a start at prop. Bateman's return to the backrow sees Knowles return to the bench while Bachelor gets his first chance with McMeekan returning to the bench. Oledzki is the 18th man. For the Greeks, Taumako goes to FB, Mougios and Constantinou shift positions which sees Mougios going from centre to wing and Constantinou going the other direction. Vhranos moves to centre with Katsidonis moving to the bench. Tulitau starts at prop, Flocas moves to lock. Rousoglou also gets a promotion with Bastas being a late withdrawal. Elsewhere the side is in tact.
League Unlimited’s coverage of the Rugby League World Cup continues with Group A action as England go head to head with Greece from Bramall Lane in Sheffield. This will be the first game here involving an international side since 1911 when the touring Kangaroos defeated Yorkshire by 33-13. England already have their spot in the next stage assured of with two wins out of two and will be looking to go through the group stage unbeaten for the first time since 1995. Greece will be looking to show some respectability against the top team of Group A.
