Game over. Dragons survive the late Penrith attempts to salvage the game in the rain and win by twelve.
Dragons look to have done enough now with just over two to go.
Penrith yoink the short kickoff. Game remains live, just.
Flanno makes the lead TWO converted tries with very little in the way of usable time remaining for the depleted hosts.
Faitala-Mariner crashes over and referee Todd Smith awards it immediately... and on review it looks like he's right. Dragons lead shoots out to ten points!
Liam Henry offside for Penrith from the kick chase. Challenge successful, penalty Dragons.
Dragons with a captains challenge. Penrith bomb, Dragons let it bounce then are ruled to have knocked it on. They immediately challenge...
Flanagan from the touchline... HITS THE POST. Margin remains six.
The Dragons are in again! HUGE moment in the game. Feagai scores in the right corner. Flanagan's conversion attempt here could give them an eight-point cushion heading into the final ten.
Dragons penalty in front of the sticks after Flanagan was taken out chasing through. No sin bin though it seemed an obvious professional foul. Big chance for the visitors though...
Still mostly Dragons as we hit the hour-mark of the contest. They lead by two. As I type that, a dummy-half error and the visitors give up possession, just inside Penrith's 40m.
WOW. Penrith forced into a drop-out, and they don't get it restarted in time for the shot clock - penalty Dragons! The visitors opt to tap and play.
Penrith with another error and it hands the Dragons an opportunity again.
Mitch Kenny off for a HIA. He copped a knock trying to tackle Luciano Leilua.
Flanno puts the Dragons IN FRONT!
Marschke grubbers through the perfect gap and Sloan slides over beside the sticks. Halftime break completely turned the game on its head, Dragons are dominating since the resumption!
With Lomax on Origin duty, Flanno has kicking duties and he makes no mistake from right in front.
Couchman crashes over and the boys in the red jerseys get their first try of the game just minutes after the break!
Lighting levels slowly returning now. Dragons on their second set pick up a set restart, so another attacking opportunity. AND another!
Big opening set from the Dragons as we resume in a much darker stadium than where we left it. Finau made a big break up to halfway from the kickoff, but they don't deliver beyond that, sixth tackle handover.
Quirky news during the break - we have a partial power outage at Penrith Stadium. More as it develops.
Halftime and the home team leads by ten after two breakthrough tries.
Alamoti NAILS it from the sideline! Superb.
McLean has managed to get it down before any other part of his body is in touch! Green lights from the Bunker and it's now 8-nil.
BUNKER TIME. Penrith claiming a try in the corner with Jesse McLean. Checking the corner and put down. Referee sends up as no try.
The Penrith centre is unable to convert his own try.
Alamoti gets the first four-pointer of the game out on the left edge.
Well and truly gruelling contest so far, with both sides under strength - Penrith in particular - the attack has been clunky. Both sides good in defence though.
Challenge was unsuccessful so Penrith have none left, but the Dragons lose the ball a few tackles into the set and the Panthers have it back through a scrum on halfway.
Penrith challenging a call of Penrith knocking on near the Dragons line. Bunker to review...
Jesse McLean with a handy break down the left edge from his own 30m but he doesn't use his support runners and is brought down just inside the Dragons' 40m. Two plays later there's an error from Penrith.
Nothing from that earlier Penrith set and now each team is just working through completing sets.
Penrith now with a scrum on the Dragons' 10m after forcing an error. Huge opportunity after sustaining early pressure. A set restart mid-set helps them further.
Penrith turn it over but the Dragons attack is haphazard on the last again and there's a kick with an offside player. Penalty to the home team.
The Dragons get as far as the sixth tackle 10m out from the Penrith line but its a handover.
First penalty goes the way of the Dragons, markers not square inside their own 40m.
Game on at Penrith. The home side get first use and are running right to left (south to north) at Bluebet Stadium.
