Trindall bangs over a disrespectful field goal on the siren to extend the winning margin to 15.
Play just turning messy. Feels like the players gave all their energy in the first hour and now it's just winding down to a nothing finish. Cronulla will come away with the win.
Atkinson goes over for the Sharks but he's held up, and the Bunker supports that finding.
He converts easily from beside the posts.
Humprheys narrows the margin further with five remaining.
Humprheys converts.
Wighton picks up a grubber in-goal and grounds it for the Bunnies' first points.
Plenty of ball but no further points for Cronulla so far...
Souths first real enterprising play this half, Cody Walker, Keaon Koloamatangi and Jack Wighton trying to link up but Wighton can't handle the pass and it floats into touch.
INJURY: Braden Hamlin-Uele is off with a leg injury, being assessed.
Gray is back out there, he passed his HIA earlier.

Cronulla pick up a useful penalty with 60 seconds left, taking them from their own 20m to just inside Souths' half. They could add to the scoreboard here...
An example of the aforementioned listlessness - Souths manage to get possession by way of a scrum inside Cronulla's 20m, turn the ball out left and it goes sailing past Ravalawa, nearly goes out and then Isaiah Tass loses it anyway. Cronulla back with it inside the final two minutes, coming out of their own 20m.
What's notable about this match is that South Sydney, who are 2-0 after two rounds, look completely listless in attack. Poor in every aspect with the ball so far today.
ERROR CRONULLA: McInnes spills an inside ball which could've seen him cross for a fifth try for his side. Souths off the hook with a scrum to feed on their own 10m.
Trindall smashes ANOTHER 40/20! Cronulla dominating.
BREAKING: Souths fullback Jye Gray OFF for a HIA.
Nicho's hooking conversion hooks too much.
LONG RANGE CHAOS! Mulitalo penetrates the line from his own 20m, draws the last defender and finds Iro, but he doesn't have the legs this time, throwing it back in for Mullitalo, who shovels it to Hynes, then it turns back to the left edge and Kennedy has the angle and power to score in the corner!
NO TRY. The Bunker agrees with the referee. Lost ball. Souths have it now.
Off to the Bunker for the Sharks. Siosifa Talakai claiming a try. Sutton sends it up no try.
Trindall nails a superb 40/20. One way traffic at Shark Park today.
Sam Stonestreet has scored in the corner at the end of an excellent set...but the Bunker chalks it off after replays show his hands leave the ball at the last possible moment.
Hynes curls it through from the left of the posts.
A superb long-range try, would've earned a Dan Ginnane GOOODBYEEEEEE if he was on commentary. Ronaldo Mulitalo fields the Rabbitohs' last tackle kick in goal, weaves his way back into the field of play, gets a ball to Kennedy who then gets it to Iro who's in the clear... and runs 90m!
Souths field the last-tackle kick from Cronulla and Koloamatangi makes good metres before the Sharks then concede a penalty, allowing the visitors easy passage out.
Souths' defence holding up a little better and Cronulla's attack has been stunted as a result.
SUCCESSFUL CHALLENGE: Ravalawa ruled to lose the ball on the first tackle by Sutton, the Bunnies challenge it and retain possession with the replays suggesting no knock on.
NO TRY. Foot is out. Sharks ball.
We're with the Bunker with Mikaele Ravalawa claiming a try. Sutton sends it up no try, we're checking whether he's gone out before grounding it.
FORWARD PASS: Cronulla looked like they were about to break down the left edge, but Ronaldo Mulitalo's last pass to create the space is ruled forward. Bunnies will now have the footy inside the Sharks' red zone.
The Bunnies finally get possession, a regulation set and Cronulla back with it starting from their own half.
Last time South Sydney touched the ball, the score was 0-0.
Hynes converts from in front.
Nikora bursts back through on the inside line and the second-rower is over under the posts.

Hynes' conversion attempt thwumps into the posts.
Nicho Hynes crosses on the left edge, Cronulla easily exposing some poor shifting defence from the Rabbits.

ERROR SOUTHS: Some solid, aggressive defence sees the Rabbitohs lose possession mid-set. Cronulla now surging up field.
PENALTY SOUTHS: Briton Nikora with a dangerous lifting tackle. Souths to start a new set around halfway
Gerry Sutton puts the whistle to his mouth and we begin Super Saturday. Souths first use.
Teams on the park. Plenty of focus on Cronulla half Nicho Hynes. Good game ahead this, let's go!
Cronulla and Souths are ready for this one in the autumn sun at Woolooware. The hosts are 1-17, while South Sydney welcome new signing Mikaele Ravalawa straight into the starting side on the wing. Fletcher Myers drops to reserve in an otherwise unchanged side.
A Super Saturday triple header starts at a sunny Sharks Stadium south of Sydney! (say that three times quickly!)
