With the Eels trailing by 2, De Gois' injection into the game proved to be an inspired move by Brad Arthur. Providing great service out of dummy half with his runs, the interchange utility made his mark felt in limited game time.

1. Addin Fonua-Blake

Making his NRL debut off the bench, the Manly prop showed plenty of promise with the ball and was equally adept in defence. While the final result may have gone against the home side, Fonua-Blake made quite the impression.
