3. Fa'amanu Brown
Brown stepped in very well at 5/8th for Samoa, controlling the game when they needed it most. Brown forced some critical drop outs and was a cool head in a passionate match.

Ah Mau was an absolute work horse behind the scenes with 40 tackles and 109 running metres.
1. Sione Katoa
With 27 tackles and a couple of great pressure building forced drop outs, despite lacking execution at times Katoa was very solid in the unfamiliar position of the halves, deputising for the injured Langi.
