Match Overview
3. Cooper Cronk
Cronk was superb tonight in attack and defence. 29 tackles, a line break, try and try assist. He was in everything.
2. Cameron Smith
It's hard to pinpoint who was the best because the whole team stepped up defensively. Smith was at his clinical best, however, with a solid 42 tackles and lead his team very well. Props also to returning winger Suliasi Vunivalu who crossed for 2 tries and made 3 line breaks.
1. Te Maire Martin
A well deserved one point to Martin here. He threatened all night for the Panthers, scoring a try and going agonisingly close to another as well as making a line break. If he was playing against another other defence he would have had a field day.
