The Tigers are holding on well in defence so far, trapping Matterson on the last. As said earlier, it continues to appear as if the next try will decide this one as McIlwrick comes up with a poor error within the Tigers' own half throwing a forward pass. The Tigers look confident enough to get this done but a try here to the Roosters may just break that.

The Tigers have survived! Friend comes up with an error from dummy-half. A very sloppy set from the Roosters with Pearce also throwing a ball behind all of his left-side support players.

It was all looking good! The Roosters were offloading crisply on the left hand side but the pass for Mitchell is dropped. It was certainly all appearing very nicely but the Roosters were perhaps guilty of being a bit too impatient/overconfident there.

This is an important 5-10 minutes coming up for the Tigers. The game is now in the balance, with the Roosters' momentum now halted. Cordner and JWH have also gone off for HIA tests. If the Tigers can score during that period it will be massive. The Roosters have been well on top so far and their left edge in particular looks dangerous with Keary and Mitchell.

TRY-SAVER! Chee-Kam shows some serious pace after a couple of offloads to go past Guerra and he finds MWZ in support but Ferguson somehow denies him! Roosters get the ball back after MWZ dropped the ball in the Ferguson tackle.

Pearce with a lovely short ball and Waerea-Hargreaves (JWH) bursts straight through the middle with Tedesco coming up with a great try-saving tackle on the prop. Keary kicks early for an unmarked Ferguson on the fourth but it's too strong. Tigers with a seven-tackle set.

The Tigers have looked good recently but I am going out on a limb here. The Roosters were very impressive last week against the Storm and were unlucky to not pick up the two points. I am going the Roosters 36-10.

However, for the Tigers, Elijah Tayor starts at hooker for the Tigers, with Matt McIlwrick to come off the bench.
