THE NRMA Insurance Broncos have locked up young half Kodi Nikorima for three more seasons.
Nikorima will be a Bronco until at least the end of the 2020 NRL season after inking the deal over the weekend.
The 23-year-old has already played Test football for New Zealand, and appeared in an NRL Grand Final in his debut year of 2015.
Nikorima now shapes as the long-term halves partner for Anthony Milford, who also signed an extended-year deal with the Broncos earlier this season.
Broncos' chief executive Paul White said securing Nikorima for a term of three years was wonderful news for the club.
"Kodi has been with us since his early teenage years so we are very happy he has re-committed to the Broncos," he said.
"He showed everyone just what he can do in his favoured position of the halves when given an stint there this this season.
"This deal underlines that we see him as a long-term player at the Broncos, who will help lead the club forward.
"We congratulate him and his family on the new contract, and look forward to him being part of our future."
