Panthers: As advised in the 24-hour squad reduction, James Fisher-Harris is out with Kaide Ellis coming into the squad. In a minor positional reshuffle, Trent Merrin has been named to start ahead of James Tamou, while Corey Harawira-Naera has been elevated to the starting second row.

Knights: As speculated throughout the week, Kalyn Ponga will move into the halves with Nick Meaney coming into the squad at fullback. Luke Yates and Josh King will play off the bench in place of Chris Heighington and JJ Felise.
