Regional NSW venues confirmed for 2019 NRL season

Three clubs have confirmed premiership matches to be played in regional areas across New South Wales during the 2019 NRL season, with Mudgee, Wagga Wagga and Bathurst all set to host top-flight rugby league in the new year.

Ahead of next week's release of the NRL Draw, the Raiders, Dragons and Panthers all confirmed dates and venues for their regional matches:

  • Round 3, Saturday 30 March, 7:30pm: Penrith Panthers @ Carrington Park, Bathurst
  • Round 8, Saturday 4 May, 3pm: Canberra Raiders @ Wagga Wagga
  • Round 10, Sunday 19 May, 2pm: St George Illawarra Dragons @ Glen Willow Regional Sports Complex, Mudgee

All away teams for these matches are to be confirmed upon release of the NRL draw next week.

The 2019 NRL season is set to kick off on Thursday 14 March, with the NRL Grand Final pencilled in for Sunday 6 October at ANZ Stadium.
