Montoya moves to the wing, RTS five-eighth and Nikorima bench to accommodate the first two, while Eliesa Katoa is benched to make way for Harris. Bunty Afoa is out and Kane Evans drops to 18th man.

Penrith are 1-17 except for Koroisau being benched and Kenny starting at hooker. Tago is 18th man.
