The Sydney Roosters have been forced into a pair of venue changes for 2022 NRL home games due to availability issues.

The change will see the SCG and Central Coast Stadium effectively 'swap' between Rounds 2 and 18.

In Round 2, the Roosters will host Manly at the SCG on Friday 18 March - the match having originally being scheduled for the Gosford venue.

In Round 18, it'll be a home game against the Dragons at Central Coast Stadium - a Saturday afternoon 3pm kickoff on July 16. That match was originally scheduled at the SCG. There is no change to the Anzac Day game at the SCG.

2022 sees the Roosters playing at potentially four home grounds - in addition to the SCG and Gosford, the Tricolours will also play in Mackay later in the season, along with a potential final-round home game against Souths which will likely serve as the opening event for the rebuilt Sydney Football Stadium.
