RESULTS: 2022 NSWRL U17 Harold Matthews Cup Round 4

All the results and scorers from the fourth round, played over two separate weekends in February and March due to extreme weather.

Round 5 was abandoned due to the NSW flood crisis. The competition will resume with Round 6 next weekend.
