England make only one change from their first-up huge win against Samoa. Marc Sneyd goes into five-eighth which pushes Jack Welsby to the bench while everything else is the same as the hosts look to remain unbeaten. 

For France, Benjamin Jullien moves to the centres for Mattieu Laguerre which means Mickael Goudemand starts in the back row. There are no other changes for the French side who are also coming off a win first up.
