Already qualified Tonga have made a few changes to their team for their final group game. The big one is Jason Taumalolo will play while Moses Suli, Isaiya Katoa and Will Penisini all feature in the backline. That means Haumole Olakau'atu, Siosifa Talakai, Siosuia Taukeiaho and Tolutau Koula all drop out. 

For Cook Islands, they need a big result here to keep their qualifying dream alive. They make five changes which includes Dylan Napa, Jonathan Ford, Geoff Daniela, Tinirau Arona and Pride Petterson-Robati all getting a chance. That means Anthony Gelling, Moses Noovao-McGreal, Reubenn Rennie, Rua Ngatikaura and Vincent Rennie are the ones to make way.
