Graham has plead not guilty and will contest the charge at the judiciary on Tuesday night.
Rapana has entered an early plea and will miss 3 matches.
Egan Butcher (Sydney), Eliesa Katoa (Melbourne), Briton Nikora and Braden Hamlin-Uele (Cronulla), Adam Elliott (Newcastle) and Kyle Feldt (North Qld) have submitted early pleas and received monetary fines.
