Wigan Warriors won 9-2 against Hull KR in the Super League Grand Final at Old Trafford on Saturday night.
The Warriors end their season with all four trophies on offer and stamp their mark in the history books.
It was a win built on defense; the Warriors haven't allowed a four-pointer in a month with their work near their line.
A bumper crowd welcomed both teams onto Old Trafford as they played in the Super League grand final.
Hull KR went close to the first try. A kick was spilled and fell to Man of Steel Mikey Lewis who crossed but it was chalked off on video review.
Wigan were dealt a blow when forward Junior Nsemba tumbled hard in a tackle and headed off for a HIA before returning later.
Bevan French opened up the scoring in the final. He sold the Robins a dummy and sliced through for a 6-0 lead.
Liam Marshall almost scored a spectacular four-pointer. He volleyed ahead a kick and chased it down to touch down.
The effort went to the video referee, and it was wiped out due to Luke Thompson being offside in the chase for the kick.
Wigan gave themselves a cushion just before half-time. Halfback Harry Smith slotted a field goal and made it 7-0.
Hull KR cut into the deficit from the kicking tee. Elliot Minchella was hit late and Lewis raised the flags.
In a tight, close game points were at a premium. Lewis was pinged for a dangerous tackle and Adam Keighran converted for a 9-2 lead.
The Warriors had chances to add to their lead when Jai Field made a break but Jake Wardle lost the ball over the line.
Wigan saw out the end of the game and completed the set of Super League trophies with back-to-back Grand Finals.
Superstar French was awarded the Rob Burrow Medal for the Man of the Match scoring the only try of the game.
