SQUADS: Betfred Championship - 2025 Round 12

Round 12 squad lists and officials for the UK's second division competition as they come to hand.

The Championship is played with 13 clubs across 26 rounds with a top six playoffs to be played in September and October. This year, London Broncos were demoted from Super League, replacing promoted Wakefield Trinity. Oldham and Hunslet were promoted from League 1, with Swinton, Whitehaven and Dewsbury demoted to the third tier.

The bottom four teams this season will play a four-week "Super 8s" format against the top four from the League 1 competition, with the top two of those eight clubs securing a spot in the Championship for 2026, and the third and fourth placed sides facing off for the remaining place. The loser and the other four clubs finishing 5th-8th in the Super 8s will play League One in 2026.

Referee appointments are announced Tuesday night UK time, and each club names a squad of up to 21 players approximately 48 hours from kickoff in their match each week, from which the final 17 and concussion sub are selected an hour before the game.
