24H omissions: Nathan Cleary & James Maloney drop from the reserves after Wednesday's Game III Origin loss for NSW. Penrith have confirmed Tyrone Peachey will also drop out before kickoff tomorrow.

Tuesday: All six Origin stars return to their usual positions, as does Jesse Bromwich returning from injury in the front row. Christian Welch drops to the interchange while Hughes pushes back to half. The remaining players who deputised last week drop to the reserves, except Pat Kaufusi who is omitted.

24H omissions: A swag of changes. Slater is out after his huge showing in Origin III. Will Chambers (centre), Josh Addo-Carr (wing) and Cameron Munster (five-eighth) will also miss the match. In comes Tonumaipea (fullback) with Stimson and Blair completing the backline. Ryley Jacks is promoted for Munster, while Tui Kamikamica joins the bench and the NRL have allowed Justin Olam to be added as an extra reserve due to the club's extensive Origin representation.

LATE MAIL: Tonumaipea shifts to the wing, Blair into the centres, Hughes to fullback and Stimson second row, with Felise Kaufusi also withdrawn. Brodie Croft replaces Hughes in the halves, while Jesse Bromwich is benched in favour of Christian Welch starting up front.
