Tuesday's Expert Wrap - NRL Round 10

We've arrived at the end of the Round 10 of the 2014 National Rugby League Telstra Premiership! Check out all the results, reports and player of the year points right here.

This week the NRL and its clubs celebrated the annual Harvey Norman Women in League round, featuring plenty of themed jerseys, luncheons & corporate events and charity initiatives. It all kicked off Friday with Billy Slater winning the "fullback duel" over Greg Inglis as the Storm downed the Bunnies at ANZ, while up north Brisbane claimed another SEQ derby over the Gold Coast. Saturday saw the Eels spoil Benji's NRL return at the Dragons, trouncing the hapless visitors 36-0, while the Tigers edged out their former teammates at Cronulla and the Cowboys put the cleaners through the reigning premiers, the Roosters.

Sunday footy hit a sparsely populated GIO Stadium where Canberra turned in a much better performance despite going down to Penrith by six, while the Bulldogs held on for another gritty victory over the Warriors to maintain the competition lead. Manly produced a special comeback on Monday night to consign the Newcastle Knights to another loss, anchoring them to the bottom of the table with the Sharks.
