Young to retire at end of season

YOUNG TO RETIRE AT END OF SEASON

St George Illawarra Dragons representative Dean Young has today announced his decision to retire from rugby league at the end of this season.

Young, 28, a local Illawarra junior from the Dapto Canaries made the decision due to a degenerative knee injury, despite having one year left to run on his current contract.
