THIS week we?ve got it all! At the halfway mark of the competition there were several stirring performances from individuals over the weekend and a few were unlucky to miss out. All teams were out doing their best to improve or consolidate their positions on the ladder and as a result the Round 13 League Unlimited Team of the Week will run down the tunnel, burst onto the park foaming from their frontal orifices, giving those pretty ladies holding pom-poms a wink as they go by?
LEAGUE Wrap: Round 12, 27-29 May 2005

FRIDAY, 3rd June 2005
ROUND 12 was definitely an interesting one and it?s thrown up a Team of the Week brimming with talent, skill, strength, experience and good old-fashioned grunt up front in the engine room. With a slick backline, brilliant halves, monster pack and versatile bench, the Round 12 League Unlimited Team of the Week will grab you by the scruff of the neck, drag you from the park Tallis v Hodgo style and throw your sorry arse over the touch line before you even know what hit you. And that?s just in the warm-up!
LEAGUE Wrap: Round 11, 20-22 May 2005
WE?VE hit the halfway mark of the 2005 NRL Telstra Premiership and for many clubs, there are still more questions than answers as the mid-season grind begins to takes it toll on the clubs and their legions of faithful supporters.
HERE we go again! An enormous State of Origin contest on Wednesday night has paved the way for an interesting and unpredictable round of footy. It was great to hear League back on the lips of the people as I strolled up to Erskineville station on Thursday morning listening to a tradesman ear-bashing his apprentice about the controversial Billy Slater try. He certainly made a convincing argument and, judging by the venom in his voice, a cold shiver would have passed down the spine of video ref Graeme West.
FRIDAY 27th May 2005
THIS year?s first State of Origin clash has a big impact upon proceedings at the weekend. With three teams having the bye and the rest left to piece together a side from what remains, round 11 looms as a tough task for tipsters.
WITH 34 players out of action due to State of Origin commitments, this week was on offer for those trying to press their claims to the selectors. There was only six games but still enough talent on display to make for an exciting and pulsating contest for places in the Round 11 League Unlimited Team of the Week. We've got a slick backline, crafty halves and an underrated pack of forwards.
