Canberra have already confirmed their side with Paul Vaughan to start following the omission of Frank-Paul Nuuausala. Clay Priest makes his NRL debut as a result.

Wests Tigers welcome back David Nofoaluma on the wing, with Josh Addo-Carr dropping back to Intrust Super Premiership. Sauaso Sue returns but will start off the bench with Dene Halatau to start at lock, sharing the captaincy with Chris Lawrence.
