Hayne to sign with Titans

In a surprising twist, this morning the Gold Coast Titans are set to announce a multi-year deal to acquire the services of former Eels playmaker Jarryd Hayne.

The Robina-based club has called a 10:30am press conference detailing a major announcement to take place.

The move comes as a surprise after Hayne initially said he would only play for Parramatta if he ever returned to the NRL. Yesterday a reported three-year offer to Hayne by the Eels was leaked to the media.
