El Masri equals records

Hazem El Masri has equalled an all-time premiership goal-scoring record as the Bulldogs crushed Melbourne 50-4 in the National Rugby League match at Sydney Showground yesterday.

El Masri's nine goals from nine attempts in the eight-try romp extended his incredible streak to 30, matching the mark of former Bulldog Daryl Halligan. Matt Utai also pitched in with a try-scoring hat-trick to help the Bulldogs consolidate their position in the top four.

The heavy defeat dropped the Storm from sixth to seventh place on the ladder.
