Gallen, Ennis cleared to play

Paul Gallen was cleared and Michael Ennis escaped suspension after an action packed night at the judiciary which will see the pair play in round 8.

Earlier this evening, the Sharks captain and soul of Cronulla successfully defended his high tackle on Craig Wing, with a convincing re-enactment of the incident being performed by Ricky Stuart with Gallen.

In-form Bulldogs hooker Ennis got off on the argument that his 'chicken wing' tackle on Josh Dugan was caused by the Raider's thrusting arm movement.

The Bulldogs face the Wests Tigers this Sunday, with Ennis now cleared to face up against his rival for a Blues jumper in Robbie Farrah.

Cronulla face the Roosters at home, and will be relieved that their skipper will be on deck.

Meanwhile, Titans prop Matt White took an early guilty plea today to a grade 3 crusher tackle - he'll miss three games.
