Injuries start
to take their toll on Roosters, Knights and Eels

The Knights are resigned to losing Mark Hughes for the remainder of the season with cruciate ligament damage to his knee while Robbie O'Davis will be out at least two weeks with a groin injury.

The Roosters are also looking at finishing the season without Shannon Hegarty, who has a broken jaw and will be out at least six to eight weeks while injury prone forward Adrain Morley returns from an ankle injury.

Parramatta will be without Adam Dykes for the rest of the season after deciding to undergo a shoulder reconstruction while the extent of injuries to Daniel Irvine and Brett Hodgson are yet to be determined.
