The National Rugby League Appeals Committee has upheld the NRL's decision to cancel the accreditation of player agent Gavin Orr.
Mr Orr's accreditation has been formally cancelled with effect from 7 April 2020.
The Committee, chaired by the Honourable Ian Callinan AC QC with panellists Michael Cleary AO and Max Krilich, described his conduct as a serious contravention of the relevant rules.
The Committee determined that NRL Chief Executive Officer Todd Greenberg was entitled on the evidence before him to conclude that:
