What happens each week:
1. Tuesday afternoon - match officials confirmed
2. Tuesday 4pm AEST - 24-player teamlists announced
3. 24 hours before kickoff in each match - squads reduced to 19 players
4. One hour before kickoff in each match - final teamlist of 17 players (plus 18th player) confirmed
